Welcome to the Abstract Submission for the reha schweiz 2026

The Scientific Committee cordially invites you to submit your abstracts for oral presentations.

Authors are kindly invited to submit their abstracts via the submission platform only. Guidelines for abstract submission are listed below. Abstracts submitted by fax or e-mail will not be accepted.

    The submission platform will be shut off. Until this date you can submit abstracts or adapt already submitted abstracts.

    Reviewing and scheduling phase

    Reviewing phase

    Immediately after the submission is completed, the abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. After the reviews are complete, preparations for the schedule will be started.

  • Early September 2026
    Details for authors

    All authors will receive a feedback report on their submission at the beginning of September, indicating wether their abstract has been accepted for presentation by the jury.

Submission Options

For the reha schweiz kongress 2026, abstracts can only be submitted for oral presentation.

All accepted abstracts will be published on the conference website.

Language:

Abstracts must be submitted and presented in English.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

  1. Abstracts should describe current research projects or interesting case studies
  2. Abstracts should not have been published previously. 
  3. Abstracts need to be submitted and presented in English.
  4. The selected abstracts will be presented as oral presentations in the programme (not as posters). 
  5. Abstracts should follow the standard format: 
    1. Introduction
    2. Methodology 
    3. Results
    4. Discussion and conclusions
    5. Implications for practice
  6. The abstract text body is limited to 2500 characters (about 300 words, including spaces).
  7. Please pay attention to correct spelling, as there will be no subsequent proof-reading/corrections. The abstract will be published in the programme exactly as submitted.
  8. Standard abbreviations are accepted in the text. Unusual abbreviations must be explained in brackets when the word first appears. Do not use abbreviations in the title.
  9. The text does not contain any further details about the authors or the institutions involved, so that they cannot be identified (blinded).
  10. Abstracts submitted by email cannot be accepted.
  11. Submitted abstracts will be reviewed and assessed anonymously by a committee comprising experts from reha schweiz. The committee makes the final selection and decides on the acceptance of the abstract.
  12. Authors will be informed of the committee’s decision in early September 2026.
  13. Authors, whose abstracts are accepted for presentation, must register for the congress and pay the registration fee before September 14, 2026.

Publication

All accepted abstracts will be published on the conference website.
